Why your teen isn’t lazy, and what actually helps them get going
Let’s get one thing out of the way: your teen isn’t lazy.
They may be procrastinating. They may be unmotivated. They may be spending hours scrolling or gaming or doing everything but what they’re "supposed" to be doing.
But that doesn’t mean they don’t care.
In most cases, lack of motivation is a symptom — not the root cause.
