His posture a little taller.
And his energy? Noticeably different.

He wasn’t “fixed.”
He was growing.

Week 5–6: Confidence Becomes Self-Directed

By now, Lucas wasn’t waiting for confidence to arrive.
He was building it through action, reflection, and repetition.

He learned to:

  • Catch his negative self-talk
  • Recognise when his Chimp was in charge
  • Choose one action each day that aligned with the person he wanted to become

He talks about the future. He’s trying again. He’s engaged.
